This page explains our practice in plain language. It is a working draft, written for launch — have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction before your first client's photos arrive, particularly regarding biometric-adjacent image data and applicable EU/Dutch data protection law.
Your name, email address, questionnaire answers (about your colouring, your style, and your goals), and two photographs (front-facing and profile) that you submit through our intake form.
Solely to build your Signature Report. Your photos are used to analyse your natural colouring, features, and proportions. Your questionnaire answers shape the tone and content of your report. Nothing you submit is used for any other purpose.
Your photos and answers are processed using AI-assisted analysis tools as part of producing your report, and every report is reviewed by a person before delivery. We do not use your photos to train any public or third-party AI model.
We do not sell, publish, or share your photos or answers with any third party beyond what's necessary to produce your report. Your report and the analysis behind it are yours, and yours alone, unless you separately and explicitly agree to have your materials used as a sample or case study.
Your intake materials and finished report are kept on file so we can honour the complimentary correction window and assist with any future questions about your report. If you'd like your photos and personal data deleted after delivery, write to us and we'll action the request.
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by writing to lunariagency74@gmail.com.
